When I say “we”, it’s really just me, your girl Dayna - artist, owner + your new bestie. As a millennial formerly victimized by brow blindness, I’m committed to ensure that your brows don’t walk into the room before you do + that you walk out of Freckle Face more confident.
You might even ditch your tweezers for this long term relationship. Because at the heart of what I do, it’s about connection + holding space for your story. The dating tea, family drama, babies + break ups...
A little like therapy, using beauty as the meeting place is a concept that I’ve been tinkering with since my BFA from the Alberta University of the Arts.
In art school I became intrigued with beauty as a way to relieve the tension of pain - the transformative power that refines gold and creates pearls. It is both a balancing act of playful joy + lamenting grief.
It’s why I love making art with recycled materials, writing poetry, thrifting and my job - one that never feels like work when my clients feel more like friends.

Freckle Face is a private studio by appointment only and cannot accommodate walk ins. We get that things don’t always go according to plan. Please take note of our booking policies to ensure we maintain an environment based on transparency and respect.
Late : Please send a text to Dayna (403) 612-7523 if you are running behind to ensure we are still able to accommodate your appointment. Arriving late without enough time to complete your service will be charged as a no show fee.
Cancellation + No Shows : With less than 24 hours notice, services that require a deposit will be forfeited and those without will be charged 100% of the service.
All services and deposits are non - refundable and are booked online, as a credit card on file is required and consent forms are filled out digitally.
Acceptable payments : Apple Pay, Cash (exact only), Credit, Debit, E-transfer.
